Where do I park at the Chance Theater?
There is ample free parking available in front of the theater. The Chance Theater is located inside an industrial complex, so there are other businesses who use the parking lot. Please show up 15 minutes prior to ensure you secure a good parking spot.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final at the time of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for any production or special event tickets. If you are a Sustaining Member or Subscriber, then you can exchange your tickets for a different day free-of-charge. If you aren't a member, then you can exchange your tickets for a $5 service fee. Call the box office at (714) 777-3033 to change your reservation.

Will I still be seated if I arrive after the show has started?

There is no late seating.
Please pick up your tickets at Will-Call no later than 15 minutes prior to curtain on the day of performance. Productions will begin on time. Those who arrive late will be seated at intermission.
