Allen returns to Chance Theatre after appearing in their 2022 production of Striking 12 and delivering an Ovation Award-nominated performance as Leo Frank in their acclaimed 2017 staging of Parade. With a career spanning over three decades, his notable stage credits include, Tateh in Ragtime, Cogsworth in Beauty and the Beast, Jerry in The Full Monty, The Baker in Into the Woods, and Curly in Oklahoma.
Offstage, Allen has built a reputation as a skilled musical director and conductor, having helmed more than 60 productions throughout Southern California. He serves as music coordinator at St. Dorothy’s Parish in Glendora and teaches as part of the music faculty at Citrus College. Allen is grateful to his wife, Miranda, for her unwavering support, love, and inspiration.
