Kennedy Kemmerer

Artist Profile

Kennedy Kemmerer is a graduate of Chapman University, where she earned her B.A. in Theatre with an emphasis in Directing/Performance and her B.S. in Business Administration. She currently serves as the Artistic Director of Theatre at Santa Margarita Catholic High School, where she directs and produces several mainstage productions each year. Kennedy also teaches the College Audition Prep and Acting classes for the Talon Academy of Performing Arts. Selected directing credits include: The Pirate Queen, Little Women, The Outsiders, Hadestown: Teen Edition, 9 to 5, and Anastasia. Performance credits include: Ensemble (Something Rotten!) – Torrance Theatre Company, Ensemble (Freaky Friday) – Chapman University, Lorna Stockman (Paragon Springs) – Torrance Theatre Company, and Sheila Franklin (Hair) – Cypress College. Kennedy is incredibly grateful to be working on Jagged Little Pill and is forever thankful to her directing mentor, Matt McCray, for including her on this special project.
