Artist Profile
Mio Okada-Nunez holds an MFA in Scenic Design in Theater Arts from California State University, Fullerton. Her work focuses on scenic design for both professional and academic theatre productions, adapting her approach to the needs of each project. Recent credits include Tick, Tick… Boom! (Chance Theater), A Wrinkle In Time (South Coast Repertory), The Shark Is Broken (Scenic Design Associate, The New Vic Theatre), and The Totality of All Things (Road Theatre).
